Genetic Makeup understand that schedules can be unpredictable and will fully refund any appointment cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice.

NOTICE PERIOD REFUND AMOUNT TO YOU

24 hours or more 100%

Up to 10 hours before treatment 20%

Within 2 hours 0%

If you make a mistake in your booking, you have 10 minutes to send an email to francesca@geneticmakeup.co.uk or call at this number 07743905536, so I can cancel or amend without any charge.

Please note that any amendments/change of time is subject to the same appointment cancellation policy as above.
